What's the insight?** #awakening #insight it can't really be put into words, can it? just pointers from various angles it's about emptiness, or about nothing, or about seeing through dualities, or relaxing categories of useless mental activity which cause unpleasant sensations until they cease at deeper and deeper levels it's about abandoning all compulsion it's about abandoning the idea that one can control experience it's about giving up the idea that one can get away from the fact that they can control experience by using fantasies which can never come true it's about seeing some uniform inexpressibility and nonrepresentability in all experience it's about giving up knowing it's a flattening of perception into a nonhierarchical, untyped, uncategorized, always-unique whatever it's coming to know the deepest parts of yourself seeing how all of these are equivalent seeing how all of these aren't it it's exposing all lies you tell yourself seeing everything as love seeing that there's no awakening seeing the perfection of beauty maybe it has to do with god i haven't gotten that far yet ## Contributor review
